Entrance to the Guell Park
Just finished uploading a bunch of pictures from a trip to barcelona back in July this year. Really interesting city to spend a couple of days, and managed to visit most of the museums that we wanted to, except for a few Gaudi ones that have long queues which we simply avoided. Another highlight was the stay at Chic & Basic Tallers Hostel beside Universitat Square. Very modern and boutique styled accomodation, ranging from spa shower to lights that come on/off just by touching the surface. Not very expensive and highly recommended if you looking for something different to a standard hotel. Biggest miss was probably not able to attend a match at the magnÃfico Nou Camp.

Very beautiful pictures. You had a really nice trip. I visited Barcelona once. It is amazing and magic city with it's own atmosphere and dominating of Gaudi's masterpieces. I liked that city has a very good infrastructure and nice service and also that many of Barcelona hotels situated in historical center or close to awesome beaches. And interesting thing that there are two official languages spoken in Barcelona: Catalan, generally spoken in all of Catalonia, and Castillian Spanish.
I really enjoyed this great city.
It's no wonder why Barcelona city is so popular. Fabulous architecture, brilliant Spanish cuisine, flamboyant culture and wonderful weather combine to make Barcelona a truly magnificent city. I really want to visit this city.
